Project Hours are the sum of the hours each project will take from the professionals working on it: Creative Director, Project Manager and Creative(s).

The unused hours from your subscription plan will automatically roll over to the next month. They will only expire after 6 months.

That’s totally fine. Once your request is complete, you can pause your subscription and use any remaining hours for up to 6 months. This way, you won’t lose any unused time or value.

For sure. Whether you need Living Library for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional creative needs.

2. We schedule a onboarding call and align on your creative needs.
3. You receive a custom quote in Project Hours for your first brief.
4. We deliver Draft 1 for your review.
5. You share feedback, and we refine with Draft 2.
6. Once approved, the project is closed and the hours are deducted from your plan.

Yes, absolutely! You can submit as many briefings as you want, as long you have enough hours in your plan to cover them. We can always upgrade your plan temporarily.

Yes, you can pause or cancel at anytime. If you still have Project Hours when you do it, you still have up to 6 months to use them before they expire.

If your projects requires more hours than your current plan includes, no problem—we’ll notify you in advance and let you know exactly how much the additional time will cost. These extra hours will only be billed with your approval.
If you anticipate a heavier workload in the coming months, we can temporarily upgrade your plan to better suit your needs.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect from the start of the following month. For example, if you know you’ll need more hours over the next two months, we’ll simply upgrade your plan for that period. Once your workload returns to normal, you can switch back to your original plan—no hassle.

Not at the moment. We’ll take care of the full design process—from wireframes to final UI in Figma—and hand off a developer-ready file. You can share it with your favorite dev team and they’ll be good to go. We focus exclusively on the creative side, where our expertise truly shines.
